Sharing your Blog

Since Famundo has multiple layers of security, you easily password protect your blog, so only members or staff in your organization can view it.

The following options can be user to control who can view your blog:

Administrators Only – this will give viewing access to Administrators (users with administrative rights) only.

All Staff – this will give view access to all users, both Regular users and Administrators.

All Staff and Members Only – this will give view access to any user or member of your site. To learn more about creating Members click here

Public (Everyone) – this will give view access to anyone.

The are several ways to share your blogs with your staff, your members or the public.

1. Directly from your Famundo site – A viewer can navigate to your Famundo site and click on the Blogs tab. The blog will be immeditely visible if it has Public view access. If the blog has Member view access or higher, the viewer will need to log in in order to view the blog.

2. From a linked URL – A link to your blog’s URL can be embedded in an e-mail or other external web site to direct the viewer to your blog. To locate your your blog’s URL, click on Blog URL next to the blog’s title. If the blog has view access of Member or higher, the viewer will need to log in to view the blog.
