Add a Quick Event
Quick Events are for making calendar entries that don’t require a lot of detail.
To add a Quick Event, select quick event from the Main Calendar menu. 
The Quick Event dialog will open. 
Start at: Enter the date and time the event starts or click on the calendar icon to bring up a selectable calendar.
All Day: Check this box if you are scheduling an all day event.
Ends at: Enter the date and time the event ends or click on the calendar icon to bring up a selectable calendar.
Remind me: Check this box if you wish to receive a reminder of this event.
Description: Enter a description of the event.
Display on: Select the calendar this event should appear on.
Click on the Add button to add the event.
You can also add a Quick Event by clicking and dragging on the day or week view.
To add a Click and Drag event, place your mouse on the start time of the event, click with your mouse, drag to the end time and release your mouse.
The Quick event dialog will open.
