Adding Documents
To add a Document, select a folder or sub-folder.
A new window will open. 
Click on the click here to upload document link to bring up Add Document window. 
Assign to: this field is predetermined by the Master Folder owner.
Name: enter a name for the document.
File to upload: click on the Browse button to browse for a file on your local computer.
Select a file and click on Open.
Notes: enter additional notes about the document.
Tags: enter one or more tags to help find this document later.
Edit access: determines who will be able to edit or delete this document.
Private (Assigned to Only): means that only you and any assigned contact will be able to edit or delete this document.
Administrators Only means that anyone with administrative rights will be able to edit or delete this document.
All Staff means that anyone on your staff (Administrators and Regular Users) will be able to edit or delete this document.
View access: determines who will be able to view this document inside or outside your organization.
No One (Not Shared) means that no one from outside the organization will be able to view this document.
Administrators means that anyone with administrative rights will be able to view this document.
All Staff means that anyone on your staff (Administrators and Regular Users) will be able to view this document.
Members Only means that your members will be able to view this document, but they will not be viewable by the general public.
Public means that this document will be viewable by anyone.
Click on Save to upload the document.

If a document has already been added to the folder, the Add Document dialog can be accessed by clicking on Upload on a menu that appears above the document list.

Opening Documents
Click on the underlined name of the document you wish to open. 
The document or file will open in its native application.
Editing Document Properties
Click to the right of the name of the document you wish to edit or replace to highlight its row. 
Click on Edit on the document list menu.
Make any changes to the document properties in the Edit Document window.
Click on Save.
Deleting Documents
Click to the right of the name of the document you wish to edit or replace to highlight its row.
A menu will open to the right of the document list. 
Click on Delete
Confirm the deletion by clicking on Yes.
Click on Save.
